All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Lovetique is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lovetique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

At Lovetique, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Cancellation

Once an order is placed, production starts right away to ensure timely delivery of your custom item. As a result, we do not accept cancellations after an order has been confirmed.

Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Wrong Product Shipment

In the rare case that you receive the wrong product, please reach out to us immediately. We apologize for any inconvenience and will send the correct item to you at no extra charge.
