Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $79 to the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada.

For other international destinations, shipping availability and rates may vary depending on location.
Shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information.


Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier, and customs processing:

  • United States: 7–12 business days

  • Canada: 10–15 business days

  • United Kingdom: 6–8 business days

International Shipping (Other Countries)

For select international destinations outside the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada, free standard shipping may be offered via local postal services.

Due to local customs procedures and carrier limitations, delivery times may be longer, and only standard shipping may be available for these destinations.
At this time, expedited shipping options may not be supported for certain countries.

We recommend allowing additional time for delivery when shipping to these regions.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Lovetique is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may be applied to your order.
Any such charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lovetique is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.
In such cases, we will provide delivery confirmation, tracking information, and carrier details to assist you in filing a claim.
